JOHN R. (RANDY) ALLABEN was born in East Grand Rapids, MI on Jan. 17, 1964. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1987 with a B.A. and obtained his Juris Doctorate from The University of Detroit School of Law in 1990. He was admitted to the Michigan State Bar Association in Nov. 1990. Reported cases include LANDON V. ROBERT W. BANDEEN was born in Midland, MI on May 12, 1955. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, with Honors in Economics, from Albion College in Albion, MI in 1977. He was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa society in 1976 for high attainments in academic scholarship. He was also named an Albion Fellow. He then earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, IN, in 1980. He was admitted to the Michigan State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association, Western District of Michigan, in December of 1980. He began practicing law with the firm of Allaben, Massie, Vanderweyden and Timmer in 1981. He is also a member of the Michigan Association of Justice.
